Job Description
工作內容：
- 熟稔人力招募，可獨立完成應徵履歷篩選、背景調查、意願溝通等工作內容。
- 了解公司文化及對人才的需求，盤點人力現況，進行工作分析，建立職務說明書。
- 具備專案管理特質，包含關係人溝通、人力職稱盤點、目標設定、時程控管與結果評估。
- 曾有規劃與執行教育訓練(新人/在職/外訓等）經驗，能進行年度訓練與發展之需求分析、規劃、監督、執行與成效評估。
- 以Full Function HR為發展方向，招募趨緩後，主力為訓練與發展，長期而言則將有多元的任務內容，不局限於例行且單一的事物。
工作條件：
- 熟悉勞動相關法令。
- 具資料整理分析能力。
- 樂於在複雜情境中釐清根本問題，並提出解決方案。
- 良好的時間管理及優先順序，擅溝通。
- 具備3年以上in-house教育訓練規劃實務經驗，軟體、新創經驗尤佳。
