正職客服有三個組別:電話、信件、聊聊,三個組別都會學到以及輪調到

【工作資訊】
地點: (近捷運市政府站)台北市信義區
時段: 12:00~21:00、13:00~22:00、14:00~23:00、15:00~24:00 共四種班(一個月輪一種班)
需輪班 / 需排休
【薪資】
35k~45k核薪(此僅是底薪)/月,有晚班津貼6500-8000元不等(以每個月22個工作天,皆有津貼的班別來估算)
✨另有加晚班津貼,有出勤就有津貼✨
12:00-21:00(此班別無津貼)
13:00-22:00(有津貼)
14:00-23:00(有津貼)
15:00-24:00(有津貼)
依當月紅字進行排休(平均8-10天)
【工作內容】
為第一線客服
1.透過電話、信件、聊聊對談協助所有”買/賣家”相關流程與疑問解決。
2.退貨退款爭議案件之審核與協調
3.買/賣家等對外聯繫與支援行政事項(表單製作/維護等)
4.金流、物流賣家爭議處理等等
【備註】
入職後一個月為培訓期,培訓期間周一到周五09:00~18:00
