Job Description
1.擔任廚房助手，處理烹調前與烹飪中之準備工作相關事務。
2.負責洗、剝、削、切各類食材，以完成烹飪之前置作業。
3.完成主管交辦有關食品、調理、流程衛生以符合生產及程序標準配合。
4.進行廚房內的衛生清潔工作。
5.檳榔、煙癮者勿試。
6.主管交辦事宜。
