Job Description

A Brand Marketing Manager leads brand team and is responsible to all brand related communication, including product communication strategy, media strategy, and all communication content development; and to ensure flawless execution with cost control in order to grow sales and brand awareness, preference and loyalty and meet company annual target.
1.【Develop communication strategy of each product line to meet business goal】
 Develop communication strategy and communication plan with priority of each product line based on product proposition defined by product team.
 Build up brand communication calendar with A&P control, and allocate resources efficiently.
 Collaboration with cross-functional team, including product team, digital team, OP, IT and FIN to drive things happen.
 Explore new opportunity for grow brand awareness, preference, loyalty and sales.
 Lead 3 subordinates to execute planned campaigns timely and flawlessly.
 Timely review the performance and fine tune strategy and plan accordingly if necessary.
 Manage agencies including creative, media and consumer service agencies.
 Routine report preparations with team members’ support.
2. 【Develop branding communication campaigns to meet business goal】
 Develop branding communication campaigns and calendar based on brand proposition with resource allocation.
 Media relationship maintenance and management.
 Event marketing development, in order to enhance brand local relevancy.
 Leverage internal (TSG) and external resource to plan co-brand campaign.
 Area and local store marketing plan development.
3.【Lead and supervise brand communication campaign planning and execution】
 Based on aligned brand communication strategy to propose detail communication plan with resource allocation.
 Communication content development and media plan, execution on owned, paid, shared and earned media.
 In-store POSM design, printing and implementation.
 Co-work with product team and digital team to create synergy of each campaign
 Co-work with internal cross functional teams including OP, IT and FIN t teams for flawless execution and solve problems if any.
 Co-work with external agency partners including creative, media and consumer service agencies to have flawless execution.
 Well manage and fully utilize A&P to maximize ROI.
 Utilize analysis tool to deep dive campaign performance and effectiveness, to have solid learning and implication for future plan.
4.【Lead and coach brand team members】
 Identify strength and weakness of each subordinate, then design development plan and on-job training respectively.
 Discuss and set up annual MBO of each subordinate.
 Support CMO to retain talent and optimize organization structure to have better efficiency.
