Job Description
1. Improve yield rates of mass production, analyze process anomalies, and develop countermeasures.
2. Provide training and certification for production operators, and draft and maintain ISO SOP documents.
3. Evaluate, test, analyze, and select new materials.
4. Analyze customer complaints related to mass production and develop solutions.
5. Transition engineering prototypes to mass production processes and documentation.
