Job Description

Under company policy, industry guidelines and regulations, execute annual brand plan and activities to achieve brand's target; and monitor and keep A&P costs. To achieve overall brand & business objectives.
• Collect, integrate and analyze market intelligence (market, consumers, competitor information) for business analysis in order to establish brand equity and achieve business objectives
• Achieve and monitor business results by sales achievement, evaluating investment efficiency by recording marketing expense and post evaluation of each marketing campaign and trade promotion, consolidate forecasting, execute action plans for stock and warehouse capacity management. Achieve and monitor other key performance indictor(s) by brand or by client.
• Integrate brand or client's information and requirement, timely act based on mutual alignment for business operation, and prepare regular brand or client reports.
• Periodical review the products and point-of-sales materials stock level, sales forecasting and prepare purchase order
• Monitor and track status of trade promotion, support to conduct product training and detailing aids production.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal (sales, finance, regulatory, supply chain and customer service) and external (agency, supplier and vendor) stakeholders
