Job Description
主要合作廠商：台積電、美光科技、力基電、聯電、群創、南亞科、等等各大科技廠。
合作設備商： 奇業科創、科林研發、大福自動化、村田機械、第一施設工業、等各大設備商。
工作內容：接受公司指派，進駐於客戶端廠區並完成公司指派之各項設備安裝、維護、調教、保養、維修等作業。
1.進行設備定位安裝之作業
2.進行例行性售後服務（如：調整、調教、改造及客訴處理)
3.處理並改善客戶遇到的異常狀況
4.客戶對應等相關服務工作及後續改善追蹤
5.與客戶和內部同事建立良好的關係
6.確保遵守工作場所安全規則
＜ Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of precision positioning systems
＜ Perform in-house repair of precision positioning systems and electronic equipment
＜ Build strong rapport with customers and internal associates
＜ Works with regional service team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs
＜ Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules
