2025 Sea 全球儲備幹部菁英計畫 (Sea Global MAP) 是 Sea 集團為工作經驗 0~2 年的高潛力新鮮人才打造的指標人才培育計畫，以保障150萬年薪、海外輪調 Sea集團旗下三大事業體與高階管理層指導等優渥條件，期望延攬來自全球各地的優秀年輕人才。
計畫的目的是培養對科技業有熱情的人才成為未來的領導者。這項人才發展計畫期間為 2 年，期間包括 4 個為期 6 個月的輪調。

The 2025 Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry.
Under the Sea Global MAP, you will go through a 2-year program designed for aspiring business leaders passionate about the gaming, e-commerce and digital financial services industry.
The program consists of 4 functional team rotations that are each 6 months long - for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses. You will get to indicate your preference of business units: Garena or Shopee & SeaMoney.
