Job Description
1、制定國際市場策略，優化市場開發計畫。
2、依市場變化適時調整銷售策略，提高產品市場佔有率。
3、配合行銷活動拓展客戶，提升市場影響力。
4、建置CRM系統管理客戶資料，制定銷售計畫並達成目標。
5、使用資訊軟體以優化作業流程，提升工作效率。
6、指導並管理國貿團隊，提高團隊專業能力。
7、評估團隊績效，提出改善建議。
8、審核報價和合約條款。
9、跨部門溝通與協調。
10、完成上級交辦事項。
