Job Description
Main Responsibilities:*
The position serves as the primary contact for clarifying reagent report interpretation and troubleshooting; providing reagent correlation and application; as well as technical education for customers before and after instrument installation. It also provides support to the sales and service team for business growth. The main job responsibility will be:
- Deliver Customer Operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site
- Perform new instrument and assay implementations through to Test of Record
- On-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching
