Job Description
1.Business Proposal
a. RFI/RFP/RFQ internal coordination and proposal preparation.
b. Work with procurement to cost the BOM provided by the design team with cost-driven mindset.
c. MVA Analysis.
d. Quotation analysis and preparation.
2.Account Management
a. Customer relationship management.
b. Manage and meet customer's satisfaction.
c. Business development on exploring new business and opportunities .
d. Manage and meet internal and external (including customer) stakeholde's expectations.
e. MVA & cost analysis & reduction opportunity review and management to meet the profit goal.
f. Participate in cross-functional activities and meet customer & company's goal and target.
g. Ensure program (including NPI, led by program manager) and task are executed and milestones are met on schedule.
h. Monitor and work with the supply chain team on forecasting and fulfillment of orders.
i. Crisis and issue management with the help from all of the internal stake holders.
3.Others
a. Tasks and assignments appointed by the manager.
b. Join meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders and customers.
c. Collaborate with other departments to execute the tasks and assignments.
d. Extended work hours may require periodically.
