《 職務內容 》
✪於Call center中接聽來自客戶來電,並依照SOP與QA表協助客戶解決問題,主要處理信用卡與網銀操作等問題。
✪紀錄客戶與跟進客戶需求,必要時回電外撥至客戶進行後續追蹤。
✪統整並紀錄客戶意見與反饋,並向主管回報。
✪透過緊密的團隊合作,提供客戶專業、客製化的服務體驗,滿足其所有銀行相關的需求。
