Job Description
1.提交每月會員活動數據報告和贊助商相關報告。
2.收集和分析球隊會員行為資料、會員需求和會員運營計劃推廣相關績效。
3.收集和分析運動行銷相關案例和企業贊助體育賽事的相關資料。
4.協助提供球隊會員和贊助商球隊相關會員福利和贊助商行銷權益。
5.協調和執行球隊啦啦隊組織管理和運營。
6.啦啦隊行程協調和統籌安排以及相關行政工作
7.協助完成行銷部門相關的日常行政工作。
Required Skills:
1. BS degree in marketing or relevant field.
2. Proven work experience in marketing position for 4+ years.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written in Mandarin and English.
5. Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
6. Ability to work under pressure; consistent professionalism representing the company.
7. Familiarity with the latest sports marketing trends and best practices.
