Job Summary:
• Lead the Sorting and Failure Analysis Lab;
• Oversee lab technicians and operators to ensure the highest standards of RMA and FA testing are met;
• This role demands a robust command of technical knowledge, adeptness in team leadership, and a commitment to continual process enhancement.

• 領導RMA分選與故障分析(FA)實驗室;
• 監督實驗室技術員和操作員，確保RMA和FA測試的最高標準得以實現;
• 此職位要求對技術知識有深厚的理解、團隊領導能力，以及持續改進流程之承諾。
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage lab technicians and operators, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform RMA sorting and failure analysis tests on RMA boards and chips.
• Set up and maintain test stations, coordinating with the internal quality team to sustain the testing diagnostics for the sorting process.
• Manage and maintain lab materials and testing equipment. Ensure the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) protection of the lab.
• Drive technicians and operators with Key Performance Indexes (KPI's), conducting periodic reviews to ensure quality and efficiency of their works.
• Offer ongoing technical support to technicians and operators, addressing any challenges that arise during the testing process.
• Manage and optimize technician's and operator's resource allocation.
• Lead the lab team in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among technicians, promoting skill advancement and knowledge sharing.
主要職責：
• 監督和管理實驗室技術員和操作員，確保他們受過良好的培訓，並具備執行RMA分選和對RMA板和芯片進行故障分析(FA)測試的能力。
• 設置和維護測試站，與內部質量團隊協調，以維持分選過程的測試診斷。
• 管理和維護實驗室材料和測試設備。確保實驗室的環境、健康和安全（EHS）以及靜電放電（ESD）保護。
• 通過關鍵績效指標（KPI）推動技術員和操作員，定期審查以確保他們工作的質量和效率。
• 為技術員和操作員提供持續的技術支持，解決測試過程中出現的任何挑戰。
• 管理和優化技術員和操作員的資源分配。
• 領導實驗室團隊進行流程改進計劃，識別增強領域並實施最佳實踐。
• 在技術員中培養持續學習和發展的文化，促進技能提升和知識共享。
Qualifications:
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in test or product engineering.
• Proficiency in Linux system is essential.
• Computer literacy, basic data analysis skills, and familiarity with computer hardware and networking are required.
• Experience with operating system installation and configuration is necessary.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently across different functional teams.
• Strong leadership qualities and the capability of leading and managing a team of technicians and operators.
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and capability to handle multi-task operations and lead a team effectively.
資格：
• 電氣工程或同等學歷的認可學士學位，至少3年的測試或產品工程經驗。
• 精通Linux系統。
• 需要具備計算機素養、基本的數據分析技能，以及對計算機硬件和網絡的熟悉。
• 必須具備操作系統安裝和配置的經驗。
• 自我激勵，能夠在不同的功能團隊中高效工作。
• 強大的領導品質和領導及管理技術員和操作員團隊的能力。
• 精通英語與中文，具有良好的溝通和解決問題的技能。
• 具有處理多任務操作和有效領導團隊的靈活性和能力。
