Job Description

• Customer advocate - Manage customer interface to make sure that the product and service are meeting customer satisfaction & quality excellent.
• Act as a key contact window between customer and internal team for all Quality issues and inquiries with strong customer relationship and good understanding of products quality requirement.
• Good communication and writing skills for direct customer interfacing on Complaints handling and Quality Reports writing.
• Good understanding of Manufacturing Quality Process and Management such as IQA, in-process QA, OQA, Excursion/Deviation Management, Change Control Management, Process Monitoring & Control, Risk Management, Quality System Management.
• Monitor and analyze product quality performance metrics (KPI) and customer feedback to drive Continuous Improvement and lead initiative internally to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Key Quality person to Lead & drive 8D activities & collaborate with internal key stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Engineering & Supply Chain to ensure effective quality issue resolution and closure of the issues in timely manner.
• Familiar with Quality fundamentals principles/methodology and tools such 6-sigma, 7-QC Tools, DMAIC, FTA, 5-Why Analysis, 5S, FMEA, SPC, DOE, Quality Control Plan & Statistical Analysis.
• Participate and responsible for internal/customer’s & ISO Audit. Maintain accurate records of quality issues, corrective actions, and resolutions.
• 3-5 years of Quality Engineering or related experiences, preferably in Quality Manufacturing industry with good knowledges in Quality Engineering and QC tools.
