Job Description

【Role Overview】:
As the CRM Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing CRM
strategies that enhance customer loyalty and drive sales growth. You will lead and
coach a CRM Executive, ensuring the team's success in managing the CRM system,analyzing customer data, and implementing personalized marketing campaigns. Your goal is to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and engagement, aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
【Key Responsibilities】:
1. CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing director to develop
and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer retention and loyalty.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a CRM Executive, ensuring the
team member have the support and guidance needed to excel in their role.
Provide regular feedback and foster a collaborative team environment.
3. Customer Data Management: Oversee the management of the CRM
database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer information.
Regularly update and cleanse data to maintain high-quality records.
4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel CRM
campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and direct mail, tailored to
customer segments and preferences.
5. Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify key segments
and tailor marketing efforts to target high-value customers, increase
engagement, and optimize the customer journey.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on CRM performance,
including campaign results, customer behavior, and ROI. Provide actionable
insights to improve future initiatives.
7. Customer Experience: Work closely with the sales and customer service
teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all consumer
touchpoints.
8. Loyalty Programs: Support the development and management of customer
loyalty programs, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's luxury
positioning and customer expectations.
9. Technology Management: Oversee the use of CRM tools and software,
ensuring they are effectively integrated with other business systems and
used to their full potential.
10. Compliance: Ensure all CRM activities comply with data protection
regulations and best practices.
【Qualifications】:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
*3-5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
*Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies and campaigns.
*Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
*Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and loyalty programs.
*Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
