Job Description: Thermal Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product testing (xVT) to ensure thermal performance.
- Perform thermal mapping using IR imaging for system characterization.
- Provide XF support, including software, gChips, and technical engineering assistance.
- Develop, standardize, and automate thermal test processes.
- Perform competitive studies to compare thermal performance.
- Engage in technology characterization, assessment, and explorations to enhance thermal management.
- Manage lab operations, ensuring the availability and functionality of thermal test equipment.
Skills:
- Proficient in executing and understanding thermal test procedures.
- Possess fine motor skills and dexterity for handling small-sized test equipment.
- Familiarity with standard thermal test equipment.
- Basic coding skills for automation and process improvement.
- Strong task management abilities to prioritize and complete testing efficiently.
- Experience with CAD tools for design and analysis.
