Job Description

What You’ll Do:
Drive system automation by collaborating across teams to enhance operational system efficiency and improve execution effectiveness.
Manage the execution and process optimization of marketing team’s online campaigns, including but not limited to: promo code setup, performance analysis, campaign page setup, partner reporting needs, and homepage slot allocation.
Plan and develop SOPs, integrating cross-team collaboration requirements to effectively allocate resources for optimal efficiency.
Lead or support additional projects aimed at improving the team’s operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
1-3 years of experience in marketing execution or operations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent cross-team communication skills.
Logical thinking, with the ability to streamline tasks through SOPs and improve operational effectiveness.
High change to convert as full-time after 6months contract
