1. 清洗食材、依菜單食材備料、及盛裝擺盤
2. 烹煮食材及各式餐點之備料
3. 根據符合標準的出餐程序掌握每道餐點的出餐品質
4. 於出菜時負責菜餚擺盤
5. 廚務環境、設備之清潔與維護
6. 訂貨，盤點
