- 負責出貨部門的組織規劃。
- 制定出貨流程,提高效率和準確性。
- 制定出入庫標準作業流程,掌握進出貨變化。
- 監控庫存管理,確保適當的庫存。
- 訂定出貨品質目標,追蹤與監控訂單處理效率與準確性
- 定期進行不良分析、提出並執行改善策略。
- 人員管理,跨部門溝通協調與問題解決。
