Your Role:

This role is responsible for assisting investment team members with regular administrative tasks as well as non-regular projects. He / she will be responsible for supporting the fundamental research of companies and will also act as deputy fund manager of multi-asset retail funds.

Facilitate team coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth team operations in Investment Dept

Assist in preparing materials for investment meetings and client reports.

Coordinate broker visits and arrange forums with good record tracking.

Prepare and maintain documents according to regulatory or internal control requirements.

Act as deputy fund manager of multi-asset retail funds.

Compile research data per team’s request such as economic data, company financial data.

Attend regular team meetings and discussions.

The Experience You Bring:

University graduate in finance, economics or other business-related field

Passed senior securities specialist exam + 3 years of securities investment analysis work experience. Or passed SICE/SITE exam + 2 years of securities investment analysis work experience.

Good command of English and Mandarin (Chinese)

Good communication skills

Good knowledge in computer application

A team player and able to work under pressure.
