【About the Team】
公共安全響應團隊（PSRT）負責處理來自全球警察、司法部門及其他政府機構對於數據的請求，通常涉及緊急情況，需立即回應，且必須在開始詳盡的數據查詢前檢查其合法合規性。
我們正在尋找高度積極、注重細節且工作態度認真的人才加入團隊，負責處理用戶數據請求。欲勝任這個職位，需要展現出色的判斷能力，能有效地設定事情處理的優先順序，並在壓力下與他人協作；同時能夠與合作夥伴進行有效溝通。尤以享受快節奏的環境，應對即時緊急情況，並具備強大的分析能力。
【Working both from our Taipei City Office and remotely, you will】
(1)Respond to law enforcement and public health data requests in accordance with PSRT guidelines, policies and playbooks.
(2)Maintain awareness of the criticality of developing, and maintaining, positive relationships with law enforcement for the local teams.
(3)Receive, review and log internal and/or external requests and ensure proper documentation. Develop and maintain an understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and key performance requirements (KPRs).
(4)Complete tasks and process requests in a timely manner and in accordance with SLAs. Perform request/problem identification and follow defined procedures to resolve correctly.
(5)Document troubleshooting efforts and promptly notify the responsible party for resolution.
(6)Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention.
【About you】
(1)Confidence to Fluency (written and oral) in both English and Chinese.
(2)Able to work independently with impeccable judgment.
(3)Previous experience with disclosures to law enforcement agencies would be looked on favorably.
(4)Skilled in various computer systems, internet technology and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, online research, etc.)
(5)Any data analytics, investigatory or legal experience is a plus.
