Job Description
1.規劃與執行人員招募、甄選與任用。
2.與各部門主管合作並持續溝通，推動及持續改善部門目標。
3.熟悉勞工保險等相關法規，適時調整修訂相關規章及優化內部作業流程。
4.薪酬計算(各類獎金計算與分析)及績效考核彙整。
5.協助人資專案規劃與執行。
6.其它主管交辦事項。
