【Work Requirement】
Monitor and analyze the system performance by using standard reporting tooling. Makes sure machine down hrs is calculated according to EPM operational guidance
• Reconcile Equipment Performance Data (daily, weekly, monthly) and categorization.
• Regularly reports the machine data down hrs performance towards the CS by following reconciliation process locally.
• Input locally reconciled data into PMA for VHN data analysis.
• Regular communication with the relevant working CS team.
• Ensures required administrative report is completed in a clear, concise and timely manner.
• Ensure proper written and oral communications occur with stakeholders
• Internal Continuous Improvement project to improve the reporting efficiency

• Ability to draw conclusions from written or computer generated reports, ability to analyze data or report information
• Good E-mail instruction Writing in English and Chinese
• Good at using Microsoft tools (familiar with excel in pivot, f(x), Power point, Power BI
