Are you looking to advance your digital marketing career in a global environment? ViewSonic is seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support our education-focused digital marketing projects and campaigns across diverse channels. As part of the ViewSonic Education team, you’ll work with professionals across Europe, North America, and Asia, directly contributing to global campaigns that shape the future of education technology (EdTech). In this role, you’ll directly execute and support digital marketing initiatives, working hands-on with different platforms, while learning from a team that values collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support and Coordinate Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, strategizing, and executing digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid media, influencer partnerships, media outreach, and email marketing.
· Project Management Coordination: Manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams, product marketing managers, and regional partners.
· Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance to implement data-driven optimizations that improve effectiveness and ROI.
· Creative Collaboration: Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions for digital marketing projects, developing engaging campaigns that resonate with educators and build brand loyalty.
· Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align broader campaigns with ViewSonic’s brand and objectives.

Job Requirements:
· Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing and project management are a plus.
· Experience:
o 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on execution of campaigns across various channels such as social media, paid media, influencer marketing, media outreach, and email marketing.
o Proven project management or campaign coordination experience.
· Skills:
o Strong project and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
o Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional team settings.
o Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven insights to guide campaign optimizations.
o Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
o Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages, particularly Mandarin Chinese, are a plus.
