Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Scaling: Develop and lead the global FP&A function, ensuring it scales effectively to support the company's growth objectives and increased business complexity.
2. Management Reporting: Implementation of management reporting systems, ensuring timely and insightful data delivery and development of executive information systems.
3. Performance Management: Drive operational performance through detailed prospective and retrospective analysis, identifying opportunities and implementing best practices from a single source of truth perspective.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring financial stability during global expansion.
5. Data Analytics: Advocate and implement modern data analytics-driven reporting systems for actionable insights.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across the organization to ensure well-calibrated insights, fostering collective ownership in forecasting, planning, and operational and strategic development.
7. Team Development & Oversight: Build and lead high-performing teams in Management Reporting, Performance Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Data Analytics. Functionally oversee and guide the FP&A functions under the Regional Heads of Finance.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders and accounts, across the organization, understanding and meeting their financial requirements.
9. Develop insightful and effective BoD reporting on Group periodical financial performance and key projects performance.
10. Continuous improvement: Evaluate and refine FP&A processes and tools regularly to ensure they remain current, efficient and aligned with industry best practices
