• Employer Branding Champion: Collaborate with Store HR Business Partner to create and implement strategies that enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.

• Innovative Project Leader: Design, organize, and execute exciting employer branding events to engage diverse candidates and build a powerful recruitment pipeline.

• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors benchmarks to continuously refine and improve employer branding initiatives.

• Talent Acquisition Expert: Drive recruitment efforts for our GU Manager Candidate (GMC) program and staff recruitment, sourcing high-potential talent through creative channels.

• Onboarding Specialist: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring new GMC have a smooth, welcoming start to their journey with GU.

• Employee Engagement Advocate: Support employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives to foster a thriving work environment.
