Job Description:
Based at the Malaysia regional headquarter, you will manage and execute our recruitment and training processes across Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, and India. Your responsibilities include:
Recruitment:
- Assess and develop effective talent acquisition channels in the aforementioned regions.
- Proficiently manage and execute various recruitment platforms.
- Define and confirm job specifications based on organizational needs.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview processes.
- Collaborate closely with local management to identify and meet recruitment needs.
- Analyze and produce recruitment reports.
Training and Development:
- Work with local and regional managers to plan and implement annual training programs.
- Develop and manage training budgets and schedules.
- Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
Administration:
- Revise HR management-related regulations.
- Collaborate with the headquarters HR team and serve as a dedicated contact point.
- Support on special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in human resources. Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to different cultural environments.
- Capability to develop and implement training programs.
Languages:
- Chinese (Listening: Fluent, Speaking: Fluent, Reading: Fluent, Writing: Fluent).
- English (Listening: Fluent, Speaking: Fluent, Reading: Fluent, Writing: Fluent).
