Job Description
1.具備公司法務相關經驗5年以上。
2.中、英文合約草擬、審閱、談判、追蹤與簽核程序管理及風險控管。
3.協助訴訟處理，並與律師事務所溝通連繫。
4.提供集團各單位專業法律意見。
5.法規遵循之規劃與執行、提供員工法律相關教育訓練。
6.協助管理公司集團法律文件資料庫及案件管理系統。
7.其他公司主管交辦事項。
Legal Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal matter.
Contract Management: Drafting, Reviewing, Negotiating contracts in Both Chinese and English: Tracking, Managing agreements signing procedures of contracts and Risk Control.
Litigation Support: Assisting with legal proceedings and communication with law firms.
Patent License: Negotiating Patent Licenses Agreement.
Legal Advice: Providing legal opinions to internal departments.
Compliance and Training: Ensuring adherence to regulations and conducting legal training for employees.
Document Management: Managing the group’s legal database and case management system.
Additional Duties: Handling other tasks assigned by company.

一、凌巨科技創立於1997年12月，產品以中小尺寸平面顯示器為主，近年來持續轉型並優化產品組合，聚焦於利基型車載／工控應用、穿戴式裝置、POS system等高附加價值的多元性產品，為涵蓋STN、TFT及Touch Panel完整產品線之專業平面顯示器供應商。
二、總部成立於苗栗縣頭份鎮，目前在兩岸三地共建置四座工廠，分別座落於苗栗、新竹、桃園及昆山等地。近年來，凌巨不斷積極擴展版圖及新技術的注入，乃鑑於本身具有的競爭優勢：
(一)優良股東架構及策略聯盟佈局：日商Ortus(後併入Toppan Holdings Inc.) 於2017年入主凌巨科技，其係為日本TOPPAN GROUP旗下之面板廠，具有高畫質、低耗電、強光下可視的Blanview生產技術，未來經由雙方技術、產線整合，期盼在工控、車載中小尺寸面板之應用能持續拓展業務。
(二)研發技術：凌巨科技自有TFT三代及四代廠(G3及G4)，擁有TFT、觸控面板設計及量產專業人才與技術專業團隊及優良的技術研發平台，建構與佈局於產品開發，且快速及彈性對應於市場(客戶)的需求。
