●工作內容●
【管理】負責店鋪日常營運管理，包括排班、商品管理及陳列規劃。
【顧客服務】提供專業商品建議，提升顧客滿意度。
【銷售】帶領團隊達成銷售目標，優化銷售策略。
【形象維護】維持店鋪形象，營造舒適吸引人的購物環境。
●具備條件●
| （店長）具兩年以上零售管理經驗，熟悉店鋪運營。
| 具良好的溝通能力，能有效領導和激勵團隊。
| 對零售趨勢敏感，具數據分析與業務洞察力。
| 熱愛零售，有創新思維，致力提升顧客服務。

●Job Responsibilities●
．Management: Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and display planning.
．Customer Service: Provide professional product advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
．Sales: Lead the team to achieve sales targets and optimize sales strategies.
．Store Image: Maintain store presentation and create an appealing shopping environment.
●Qualifications●
．(Store Manager) At least 2 years of retail management experience, familiar with store operations.
．Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate the team effectively.
．Sensitivity to retail trends, with skills in data analysis and business insight.
．Passion for retail, with a creative mindset and dedication to improving customer service.
