Job Description
Summary/Objective:
Implement the ISO 9001 quality system and procedure in the plant to achieve the quality targets set up by Company. EMS: Implement the ISO14001 requirements related to OQC activities and achieve interested party's satisfaction and legal compliance.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1.Perform the in-process audit for RF, inventory and traffic area, final inspection per schedule.
2.General Floor Support and Quality Problem Analysis and Resolution
3. Working with SQE to handling raw material issue was reported by manufacturing, making sure prompt attention is given to potentially non-conforming products.
4.Conducting or Assisting with EOM meetings
5. Assist Oprs Mgr in the review and follow up on Human Errors and internal & external QP Corrective Actions..
6. Product Transfer inspections, approvals, and tracking
7. New hires training job.
8. Any other job related functions as requested by the supervisor or management.
9.Advocate the EMS policy in quality department
10.Assist supervisor and manager in setting up the EMS objective/target and program in OQC
11.Control, monitor and improve the environment pollutions in OQC and achieve the legal compliance
12.Assist supervisor and manager to plan, drill and review the EMS emergency response
13.Support the EMS internal audit and external audit
14.Improve the Environment performance in OQC
15.Attend the ISO 9001 quality system training and ISO14001 EMS training

Required Experience
With Connector assembly production working experience 3 month minimum
Preferred Education:
High school education minimum
Training required:
Prefer to have background of Connector quality standard and or Quality system training
QP system, IPA audit system, MV, Comparator, Caliper, height gauge
