Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a SDM (Subscriber Data Management)/SDL Engineer. In this job, you will be responsible for
- Deployment of SDL(Shared Data Layer) on Cloud platform.
- Perform the NE SAT and Service SAT with customer.
- Support the migration subscriber from OneNDS to SDL.
- Manage the Service and CARE deliverables.
Certification Requirements:
- SDM/OneNDS/SDL or equivalent practical experience.
- Good Understanding about 3GPP/GSMA 3G/4G/5G and VoLTE Architecture.
- Good understanding of protocols such as LDAP, HTTP2, MAP, DIAMETER, TCP/IP, SOAP/SPML, TLS …
- Experience in scripting languages like python, bash or perl.
- Proficiency working in a Linux environment.
- Good aptitude for writing SOP or MOP and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Cloud-based product deployment.
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter able to make progress with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
