Job Description
1.負責海外廠工廠營運管理，需具CNC廠製造主管經驗。
2.需具工廠、事業單位各function經營管理經驗。
3.參與及督導工廠各項專案並定期追蹤執行進度。
4. 推動各項營運政策，落實中、長期經營策略規劃及其營運績效管理目標。
5.跨部門資源整合及溝通協調。
6. 執行上級主管交辦任務、專案運作與執行、進度追蹤管理。
7. 具溝通協調、 解決問題能力、激勵團隊士氣、協助同仁持續成長之能力
