Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for the company's financial management, tax reporting, and daily accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial statements. Also, liaise with auditors and external professional organizations to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Management
Handle all accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts
Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL).
Perform monthly closing, prepare journal entries, and reconcile intercompany balances
to ensure data accuracy.
Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts, and prepare supporting
schedules as needed.
2. Payroll and Tax Reporting
Prepare payroll and handle calculations and payments related to insurance and
pensions.
Timely completion of bimonthly VAT filing and handle withholding and income tax
reporting.
3. Financial Reporting and Compliance
Coordinate with auditors to review annual financial reports, tax returns, and transfer
pricing reports to ensure accuracy.
Liaise with external professionals and government agencies on audit, tax, secretarial,
and compliance matters to ensure the company and group adhere to legal regulations.
4. Document Management and Administrative Support
Develop and maintain document organization and control systems to ensure data is
well-organized.
Provide administrative support, including managing transportation and receiving processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
