We are seeking a Senior Operation Planner / Demand Planner to join our team; this role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s inventory and supply chain meet customer demand. [ Key Responsibilities ]

1. Order Management & Coordination

• Create and manage purchase orders

• Consolidate and analyze orders across different regions, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and order placement

• Assist in scheduling orders and tracking production progress, closely coordinating with factories to confirm lead times and ensure on-time product launches

• Provide shipping documentation to customers, coordinate product specifications, quantities, and receipt confirmations post-delivery; verify invoice amounts

2. Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain Coordination

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and input from sales teams and customers

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure the alignment of demand and supply plans

• Monitor and manage safety stock levels and make recommendations to optimize inventory to meet forecasted demand

3. Inventory Management & Sales Analysis

• Conduct monthly sales turnover analysis for each product, providing insights to improve forecast accuracy

• Analyze channel activity performance and promotional effectiveness

• Perform inventory structure analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize stock levels and reduce overstock or shortages

• Oversee and arrange stock takes as necessary

4. Procurement Planning & Budget Control

• Plan and execute procurement based on sales performance, channel requirements, and demand forecasts

• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure purchases align with financial goals

• Contribute to market pricing strategies based on product cost structure and profit margin analysis

5. Order and System Management

• Manage and update product data, including key order and sales system entries

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse logistics for shipments, returns, and exchanges

• Ensure accurate system updates for in/outbound inventory

6. Logistics & Trade Show Support

• Oversee import/export operations, including coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers

• Arrange shipments and warehouse deliveries, ensuring efficient logistics management

• Assist with organizing trade show displays and ensuring demand-related preparations are in place
