Job Description
-To manage BOM in SAP for any intermediates and finished goods with coordination with related sites and function units
-To support activities including manufacturing\packaging process validation\verification\ optimization and routine commercial production of products made by Lotus site
1. - Manage BOM in SAP for any intermediates and finished goods with coordination with related sites and function units
- Provide solution\strategy to solve issues related to the setup of BOM in SAP.
- Prepare bill of material (BOM) for new products. Revise BOM for existing products when there are changes
- Prepare/revise standard operation procedures (SOPs), forms and work instructions (WI) related to SAP BOM.
- Preparation of change controls \ Process validation documents \ Stability protocols \ Shipping study \ Risk assessment \ Batch master file \ Other associated documents to assist activities including manufacturing\packaging process\validation\verification\ optimization and routine commercial production of products made by Lotus site
2. Conduct associated training via training system and internal or external trainings
3. Provide support to any GMP inspection activities
4. Implement any other task assigned by superior
