Kudos的實習計劃為學生和年輕專業人士提供在STEAM教育、產品設計和課程開發方面的實踐經驗。實習生將有機會與我們的講師、設計師和課程開發團隊密切合作，創造有趣的教育內容和創新產品。這是一個絕佳的機會，適合對STEAM教育充滿熱情並希望了解教育計劃運作的人。
The Internship Program at Kudos provides students and young professionals with hands-on experience in STEAM education, product design, and program development. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our instructors, designers, and curriculum development team to create engaging educational content and innovative products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about STEAM education, creativity, and learning how an educational program operates from the inside out.
主要職責：
1. 協助STEAM活動：在STEAM課堂中為講師提供支持，準備材料、幫助學生進行動手活動，並確保課堂整潔有序。
2. 參與產品設計：與設計團隊合作，開發和測試新的教育產品，包括原型設計、測試及提供設計反饋。
3. 課程開發支持：與課程團隊合作，協助創建與我們STEAM計劃相關的課程、活動和教育內容。
4. 參加團隊會議：參與頭腦風暴和團隊會議，貢獻想法並了解STEAM計劃的開發和實施過程。
5. 監控物資和材料：幫助管理課堂和項目材料，確保為即將到來的課程準備好充足的物資。
6. 協助活動準備：協助組織和準備教育活動、工作坊或營隊，提供材料設置和後勤支持。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in STEAM Activities: Support instructors during STEAM sessions by preparing materials, assisting students with hands-on activities, and ensuring that the classroom is organized.
2. Contribute to Product Design: Work with the design team on developing and testing new educational products, including prototyping, testing, and providing feedback on designs.
3. Curriculum Development Support: Collaborate with the curriculum team to assist in creating lesson plans, activities, and educational content that align with our STEAM-focused programs.
4. Participate in Team Meetings: Engage in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute ideas and gain insight into how STEAM programs are developed and delivered.
5. Monitor Supplies and Materials: Help manage classroom and project materials, ensuring that supplies are organized and available for upcoming sessions.
Assist with Event Preparation: Help organize and prepare for educational events, workshops, or camps by setting up materials and providing logistical support.
資格要求：
+ 在校學生或剛畢業於教育、產品設計、工業設計、工程或相關領域。
+ 熱衷於與兒童合作，並對STEAM教育有興趣。
+ 具備基本設計軟件知識（如Adobe Creative Suite、AutoCAD）者優先。
+ 具備良好的溝通和團隊合作能力。
+ 能夠有效管理時間，處理多項任務。
+ 基本英語能力（理解基本指示有幫助）。
+ 積極主動，願意學習新事物。
Qualifications:
+ Current student or recent graduate in Education, Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Passion for working with children and interest in STEAM education.
+ Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD) is a plus.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
+ Basic proficiency in English (understanding basic instructions is helpful).
+ A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
實習細節：
+ 時長：6至12個月，具體取決於可用時間。（可配合整年實習者優先錄取）
+ 工作時間：每週15至20小時（可根據學校時間靈活安排）。
+ 報酬：每小時NT$200 - NT$250。
+ 工作地點：Kudos辦公室，並現場支持課堂或活動。
Internship Details:
+ Duration: 6 to 12 months, depending on availability. (Candidates available for the full duration of the internship are preferred)
+ Work Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week (flexible with school schedules).
+ Compensation: NT$200 - NT$250 per hour.
+ Location: Kudos offices with on-site support for classes or events.

必須擁有通婚居留證（ARC）、永久居留證（APRC）或學校頒發的工作許可。
Requirements for Foreign Applicants:
Must possess an ARC via marriage, APRC, or a work permit given by the school.
