1. Assist online program participants, ensuring smooth course execution, handling basic customer complaints, and providing warm follow-up calls to increase satisfaction, effectiveness, and renewal rates.
2. Handle basic clerical work and general administrative tasks.
3. Execute tasks assigned by supervisors.
