The Team and Role:
• A Walk-In Center Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of our walk in centers in the 3 countries supported. Lead is responsible to provide vendor management support while delivering excellent customer service, and well-coordinated actions. They also play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing supplies, and optimizing resource allocation.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee day to day operations and ensure that all KPIs are being met and our vendors are supported on what they need from Logitech.
• Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing information. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with all applicable processes, regulation and quality standards. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Resource Management: Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Optimize resource allocation to meet operational needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between staff, providers, and management. Represent the center in internal and external meetings.
