We're opening a neighborhood restaurant in the middle of Da'An District in Taipei City. We are currently looking to build our rockstar front of the house team. We want cool young people with lots of energy who want to work hard but also have fun at work. We want people who want to be a part of building something from the beginning. We want to build a team of people we can trust. Our chef is from MUME as well as having worked in NY and abroad at different restaurants, and the goal is the same as MUME, to build a comfortable but fun place that we want to eat and hang out at but with a different style of food. Positions Available: -Assistant Manager -Hostess -Bartenders -Servers -Runners AM/PM available Full or Part time available Restaurant Manager/Assisant Manager: This is a very important role and the individual we're looking for is not just a manager, but a leader who can inspire and motivate the FOH team to grow and be better everyday. Someone the staff can look up to and trust and count on to have their back. A strong ability to problem solve and have a good demeanor when it comes to guests. We're looking for someone who will manage the day to day operation of the restaurant including financial and administrative duties. Making sure to create/follow/enforce all correct SOP's. He or she will also oversee the beverage program, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Bartender: We're looking for someone to help us manage our beverage program. To begin we will carry mainly wine and beer. Organization, and efficiency are hugely important for this role as well charisma, creativity, and as a sense of style. Servers: We're looking for people with a good balance of technical skills, and warmth with the guests. Organization, attentiveness and speed during busy times are also crucial to your success. Hostess: Everyone wants a nice smile and a warm welcome when they first enter a restaurant. We want the same for our guests. You will be the first person our guests see and so cleanliness and presentation are critical. As well you must assist servers as needed. All levels of experience encouraged to apply as long as you have a willingness to work and a great attitude.
