Position: Sales Executive Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at AirDroid, you will be integral to our sales process, managing incoming leads, engaging with potential clients, and executing product demonstrations to close deals effectively. You will also need to actively prospect to achieve the sales target. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our prospects, guiding them through their purchase journey and ensuring a smooth transition to our Customer Success Team upon their onboarding. Key Responsibilities Prospecting 1. Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events. 2. Generate and qualify leads by conducting outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media interactions. 3. Record and manage all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Lead Management: 1. Efficiently manage the influx of new leads. 2. Respond to both non-technical and technical queries with the support of our Technical Team. 3. Engage and qualify leads to determine sales potential. 4. Conduct thorough product demonstrations online, showcasing expert knowledge and tailoring pitches to meet lead needs. Closing Deals: 1. Enhance email automation workflows to improve lead conversion rates. 2. Draft and dispatch compelling proposals. 3. Diligently follow up with prospects to navigate them through the sales funnel. 4. Convert qualified leads into committed customers. Customer and Internal Team Liaison: 1. Communicate customer feedback to the Product and Technical teams to refine offerings. 2. Prioritize features in the product roadmap based on customer inputs and strategic sales goals. 3. Monitor key sales performance metrics to guide future sales strategies. Job Requirements: 1. A minimum of two years in a sales role, preferably within the IT/Software sector. 2. Excellent analytical abilities and presentation skills. 3. Proficiency in both English and Chinese; candidates from all backgrounds are welcome. 4. A pronounced goal-oriented approach to sales. 5.
