Responsibilities: 1.協助執行並管理LEED永續建築案件 Assist execute and manage LEED sustainable building projects 2.協助專案參數計算、建築圖面分析審查 Assist in project parameter calculation, building drawing analysis and review 3.國內外技術團隊溝通與協調 Communication and coordination of technical teams at home and abroad 4. 參與LEED專案會議並協助 Participate and assist in LEED project meeting Qualifications: 1. 具LEED GA, AP 尤佳 LEED Accredited Professional/Green Associate/WELL AP is a Plus. 2. 具永續建築領域相關工作經驗 Relevant work experience in sustainable building area. 3. 具備機電空調背景為一加分 HVAC engineering experience is a Plus.

職務說明 Description 1. 協助綠建築相關檢討、計算及文件製作。 2. 學習不同建築類型之評估申請，並透過法規掌握綠建築規範趨勢。 3. 訓練期配合實作案件訓練與經驗累積，預計 1 年後可獨立執行專案。 要求條件 Qualifications 1. 建築相關科系畢業，具備建築識圖及繪圖能力。 2. 無台灣綠建築送審經驗可。 3. 曾任職建築師事務所相關工作經驗者、熟悉建照相關申請流程尤佳。 4. 良好的邏輯能力與工作態度、誠信及溝通。
