Training & Support: Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively use BI tools and interpret data insights. Foster data literacy across the organization. 6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve the efficiency of data delivery. 7. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives. 8. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, reports, dashboards, and BI processes. What Skills are required... - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on business intelligence and reporting. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets. - Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis. - Extensive experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView/Sense) for dashboard and report development. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. - Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake). - Experience with scripting languages for data processing (e.g., Python, R). - Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts. - Experience with data governance best practices is a plus.
