Company Overview We are a 30 year old international company manufacturing, distributing and marketing world famous beverages, snacks and nutritional care brands into Taiwan and throughout Asia. Our products are well known, innovative, better for you and speak to the spirit of the new generation. We are seeking an experienced and passionate and personable leader to oversee our sales and marketing team and drive our brands and products to new heights. Position Summary Reporting directly to the CEO, you as Sales and Marketing Director will assume the responsibility to oversee the current sales and marketing teams including brand managers and brand designers. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to accelerate company growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness. This position requires leadership and people skills required to motivate and run sales and marketing teams. The current teams are well-established and with long time experienced personnel. Additionally you will be able to help enhance areas such as the online and social media arena and direct the teams to work more effectively with databases and integrating where possible knowledge AI systems. Coordination with the company IT team and outsourcing where necessary is available and resources will be committed. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams • Work with the CEO to set and achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Identify new market opportunities and expand into untapped segments including online and social media platforms. • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy • Increase marketing intelligence through incorporating data and AI into our daily marketing analysis • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure market-driven products are developed. • Manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners and meet with wholesalers. • Analyze and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry. • Frequently be out in the field with the teams and also attend shows and seminars where helpful. • Regularly report on performance metrics to the executive team and board of directors. • Prepare and manage departmental budgets Qualifications • Passionate about your work, outgoing and a good sense of Fun. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical abilities • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools • Industry expertise relevant to our company's products/services • English skills for communicating and presenting to the senior management and to be able to incorporate international learnings as well as communicate with brand principals.
