【ABOUT THE ROLE】 As the FOU T&I Pin Pile Package Lead, you will be part of the Foundation T&I team of the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project and be supporting the greater EPCI team. The FOU T&I Pin Pile Package Lead shall take ownership for the preparations and execution of the works to be performed by the T&I Contractor including; transportation of Pin Piles from South Korea, marshalling of the pin piles in Taiwan and offshore installation, including the noise mitigation and monitoring. In the role of FOU T&I Pin Pile Package Lead you will report to the FOU T&I Deputy Package Manager. The role is expected to commence Q4 2024 and be completed by Q3 2025. 【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Direct communication with the T&I Contractor counterpart. • Supporting the implementation of Hai Longs HSE and Quality expectations • Technical Validating, Reviewing and Consolidating Workflows associated with the scope and pro- actively ensuring all other disciplines complete their reviews on time. • Direct communication with the MWS and Certification team to ensure all documents for the package are approved in time. • Co-ordinating (and attending where necessary) loadouts in South Korea and Taiwan. • Co-ordinating (and attending where necessary) marshalling of the pin piles in Taiwan. • Overseeing (and attending where necessary) mobilisations and offshore installation. • Responding to TQ’s, NCR’s and supporting closure of MOCs. • Closing/actioning assigned Risks associated with the scope. • Reviewing DPR’s and on-call for Client Reps (as required). • Reviewing as built package 【QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS】 • Previous experience in the same (or similar) role leading foundation T&I operations with a developer or contractor. • 5+ years of experience in the Offshore Energy or relevant industry. • Demonstrated knowledge of pile driving operations (vibro and impact) with lessons learned on managing the risks. • Experience with Taiwan (or similar) regulations around pile driving noise limits and best practice noise mitigation techniques and monitoring. • Educated to Master degree level in an engineering, maritime or other technical discipline. • Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate technical matters coherently. • Excellent communication skills, comfortable at presenting, building relationships and influencing others, while working effectively across different cultures and geographical locations. • Excellent coordination and cooperation skills; a team player who is willing and able to work with others to solve problems and share knowledge. • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken (Chinese fluency is a bonus). 【Application】 This document is a guide.
