Job Description
Your Profile:
1. Preference will be given to candidates with administrative or office-related work experience.
2. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, with good English conversational skills for basic business communication.
3. Proficient in using office software such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively communicating with internal colleagues and external visitors.
5. Exhibits a meticulous work attitude, capable of handling details and maintaining the organization of documents and information.
6. Capable of working independently, handling common administrative tasks, and proactively resolving issues when necessary.
7. Displays strong teamwork skills, capable of coordinating and collaborating with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following):
1. Handle reception phone calls, greet visitors, and record information.
2. Manage documents, including mail, filing, and editing.
3. Coordinate conference room reservations and provide refreshment services.
4. Assist in arranging business trips and reimbursement procedures.
5. Execute tasks assigned by supervisors.
6. Possess enthusiasm for service, attentiveness, cheerfulness, and patience.
