•主要工作內容：
- 協助合作企業品牌進行面對面行銷
- 能夠有效率執行個人招募的能力
- 維護公司聲譽和形象，並在招募過程中向潛在人選分享公司訊息
- 具有良好的團隊精神，喜歡團隊合作
- 達成部門設定之目標，另有額外獎勵、獎金
- 豎立榜樣，帶領團隊在銷售和招募中持續突破
- 其他主管交辦事項
• Job Responsibilities:
- Assist on-behalf of clients to promote and increase their brand awareness through face-to-face marketing
- Ability to pitch and recruit interested candidates in sales role
- Maintain company's reputation and image; and share company information with potential candidates during the recruitment process
- Display excellent teamwork and people handling skills
- Additional bonuses and incentives will be rewarded to individuals when company goals and target have been achieved
- Being the pace setter and lead from the front
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Sales Director and / Managers
