Job Description
▍Role/Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the development team and key stakeholders.
- Project Planning including collecting and writing detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Continuous product improvement through translating the product vision and roadmap to delivery and operation teams.
- Monitor, adapt and review the product vision and future roadmap and ability to identify constraints whilst keeping on course to the overall product vision.
- Create new ideas and improve customer experience.
- Maintain and keeping product backlog up to date when new information arises.
- Prioritise decision-making during release and sprint planning.
- Lead and support Product Associates.
- Work closely with UI/UX designer to deliver a user-friendly product.
▍Skills and Experiences
- Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems with a logical and data-driven approach.
- Customer-centric product design, development and delivery.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience working in an agile environment.Preferable from gaming /finance background.
- High-level organisational management and documentation skills
- Developed and implemented short term and long-term strategic plans.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing trading platform portal or Admin Portal is highly advantageous.
- Experience with both App and Desktop product development will be considered a significant plus.
