-Work closely with the headquarters’ R&D Center to assist customers in product applications. -Serve as a communication bridge between customers and the R&D team, providing technical support and services to strengthen customer relationships. -Understand the technical trends of next-generation power supplies, customer issues, and detailed product information. Discuss and provide suggestions to customers from an application perspective, contributing to the adoption of our products. -Compare and understand the performance and trends of our IC/device products with those of other companies from the customer's perspective, and feedback our IC/device performance to solve customer problems. -Drive improvements and enhance our market advantage to expand product market share. -Conduct power design and production within the department (including using external contractors) to demonstrate product performance in applications. Through verification, showcase our product performance, increase market awareness, and enhance customer adoption rates. -Promote technology to the market to expand market share. Enhance brand power through various exhibitions, academic conferences, and active exchanges.

-2D and 3D mechanical drawings. -Oversee the outsourcing, mold creation, and mold testing processes. -Troubleshoot mechanical issues during mass production. -Collaborate with tooling providers to ensure parts meet client standards for tolerances, surface finish, color, gloss, and texture. -Mentor and train junior colleagues to strengthen the team. -Coordinate product production, testing, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. -Lead trial production evaluations and implement design changes. -Manage product development design and address any issues that arise during large-scale production. -Evaluate mold opening feasibility and review DFM reports. -Maintain quality system documentation and project-related records. -Create and manage technical documents for product engineering. -Help define quality standards for the mechanical parts we design and manufacture.
