1.負責飯店餐廳 、宴會廳服務工作。
2.負責客人帶位、倒水、點餐、結帳等工作。
3.於客人用餐完畢後，負責收拾碗盤與清理環境。
4.宴會廳打桌安排。
5.如能力、資歷符合，可以儲備幹部晉用。
